Working Principle of Hot Plate Welding Machine
A hot plate welding machine achieves plastic welding through heat conduction: The heating plate (hot mold) is electrified to raise its temperature. After the plastic workpieces to be welded are fixed, the hot plate moves and inserts between the workpieces, conducting heat to melt the surfaces of the plastics. When the welding temperature is reached, the hot plate withdraws, and the workpieces cool and set under pressure to complete the welding.
Application Industries
1. Automotive Manufacturing: Welding of plastic components such as car headlights, water tanks, fuel tanks, and interior parts (e.g., glove boxes), ensuring the sealing performance and structural strength of automotive components.
2. Electronics and Electrical Appliances: Welding of components like washing machine balance rings, water purifier filter elements, battery casings, and electrical appliance casings to achieve waterproof and airtight connections.
3. Medical Industry: Aseptic welding of medical plastic containers (e.g., infusion bag ports) and medical device casings (e.g., parts of detectors), meeting the clean requirements of the medical field.
4. Daily Necessities: Sealing or splicing of plastic toys, storage boxes, trash cans, etc., enhancing the integrity and durability of the products.
5. Packaging Industry: Welding of plastic pallets and large plastic packaging boxes, optimizing the structural strength of packages for convenient logistics and transportation.
